Placements24 seeks a highly creative Lead Instructional Designer to steer digital learning initiatives. The role is fully remote and involves leading a team to craft engaging e-learning experiences using Storyline 360 and Captivate.

You will apply ADDIE/SAM, work with SMEs to shape measurable objectives, and design robust assessments. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a Master’s in a relevant field, and 7+ years of instructional design experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and guide project strategy.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses using various authoring tools.
