Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or a related field.
• 7+ years of instructional design experience with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience designing engaging e-learning experiences across platforms.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional design process for e-learning projects from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Develop engaging learning strategies using adult learning principles.
• Create storyboards, objectives, assessments and multimedia content for courses.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
• Mentor junior designers and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders and developers to produce cohesive learning.
• Evaluate learning solutions and recommend improvements based on data.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design and educational tech.
• Ensure accessibility and adherence to standards across materials.
