Placements24 is seeking a Remote Lead Instructional Designer to guide a team of designers in creating state-of-the-art e-learning experiences. You will translate complex content into engaging digital courses, lead project efforts, and ensure alignment with instructional best practices.

The role requires a Master's in Instructional Design and 7+ years in the field, including 2 years in a leadership capacity. Strong proficiency with Storyline and Captivate is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or related field.
• 7+ years in instructional design with at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning using Storyline and Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the instructional design process for e-learning projects from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Develop engaging learning strategies using adult learning principles and best practices.
• Create storyboards, objectives, assessments, and multimedia content for online courses.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high quality outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and multimedia developers.
