Job summary

Placements24 is hiring a Lead Digital Learning Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and deploy advanced online learning experiences for diverse programs. This fully remote role enables leadership of a curriculum team across national projects.

You will leverage ADDIE/SAM, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate to deliver engaging, accessible content that aligns with WCAG and branding. Strong collaboration with SMEs and multimedia specialists is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• 7+ years of instructional design and curriculum development experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record creating engaging digital learning content across platforms.
• Expertise applying adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate; familiarity with SCORM/xAPI.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital learning curricula across subjects.
• Mentor and manage a team of curriculum developers.
• Apply adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM) to create effective experiences.
• Integrate multimedia elements and assessments into online courses.
• Ensure content meets WCAG accessibility and branding standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists.
• Utilize authoring tools and LMS for content deployment.
• Conduct needs analyses and evaluate learning outcomes for continuous improvement.
