Based in Cape Town, this role blends instructional design leadership with cutting-edge e-learning technologies to deliver engaging, accessible content for diverse learners.

You will mentor a distributed team of instructional designers and writers, ensure QA and accessibility, and stay current with trends in LMS tools such as Storyline and Captivate.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive instructional design and online curriculum development experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to design high-quality online learning experiences for adult learners.
