Placements24 is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging online courses for professionals. This fully remote role in South Africa requires leading full course development lifecycles from needs analysis to evaluation, with a strong emphasis on adult learning and UX for effective digital learning experiences.

You will collaborate with SMEs, develop objectives and assessments, and produce multimedia content using Storyline, Rise, Captivate, and LMS platforms like Moodle,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of instructional design experience with a strong portfolio of digital learning projects.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools: Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate.
• Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and multimedia learning.

Aufgaben

• Analyze learning needs and design comprehensive instructional strategies for online courses.
• Develop learning objectives, assessments, and engaging activities.
• Create multimedia-rich content including modules, videos, interactive simulations, and assessments using authoring tools.

• Apply ADDIE/SAM models and UX principles to craft effective learning experiences.
