Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Industrial Engineering Lead to spearhead operational improvement initiatives and shape strategic solutions from anywhere. You will lead a distributed team of engineers, drive Lean Six Sigma adoption, and ensure excellence across sites with a strong focus on data analytics, simulation, and cross-functional alignment with senior management.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
10+ years in industrial engineering, with at least 3 in leadership.
Proven success leading remote, multi-site projects.
Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification required.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a remote team of industrial engineers, providing technical guidance and performance management.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for operational excellence and process optimization across all company locations.
Oversee the design and implementation of advanced manufacturing and logistical systems, leveraging data analytics and simulation tools.
Drive the adoption of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles throughout the organization.
Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to align engineering strategies with business objectives.
Ensure robust performance monitoring and reporting mechanisms are in place to track progress and identify further opportunities for improvement.
