Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead Industrial Engineer to spearhead global process design and optimization in a remote-first environment. You will lead a team of engineers, set technical direction, and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce costs across the organization.

You will mentor engineers, develop standards for analysis, and oversee major projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adoption of best practices and measurable impact.

Formación

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in process design, optimization and lean methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and implementation of optimized industrial processes and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers.
• Develop and implement standards and best practices for process analysis.
• Oversee major process improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure adoption of new processes.
