The ideal candidate has 8+ years in industrial engineering, mastery of simulation and data analytics, and strong virtual leadership capabilities to guide distributed teams toward measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial engineering focusing on design, optimization, and systems analysis.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Proficiency in simulation software and data analytics.
• Strong communication and virtual leadership skills.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of optimized industrial processes and systems, entirely remotely.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across global production facilities.
• Develop complex process models and simulations to evaluate changes and forecast outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with on-site teams and stakeholders via advanced digital tools.
• Define KPIs and establish monitoring systems to track performance.
• Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for remote engineering initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a geographically dispersed team of engineers.
