Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or management capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale process improvement projects, preferably in a multi-site or global context.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, Simio), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools suitable for remote teams.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a distributed workforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative industrial engineering solutions across multiple sites, fostering a remote collaboration culture.
