Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
• 10+ years in industrial engineering with focus on process optimization and technology implementation.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation and Industry 4.0 integration.
• Strong data analytics, machine learning, and automation understanding in industrial contexts.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
