Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization in a fully remote setting. You will guide teams, set strategic direction, and ensure adoption of new technologies to deliver business value.

The role requires 7+ years in project management with a strong focus on digital programs, plus a Master's degree and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with a focus on digital transformation.
• Master's degree; PMP or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with significant change management.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies, enterprise software, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the execution strategy for the digital transformation roadmap for multiple large-scale projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and cross-functional specialists.
• Develop robust project documentation including charters, plans, and risk registers for remote work.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and technology partners to ensure strategic alignment.
• Implement best practices and monitor budgets, timelines, and resources with regular updates.
