Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead Management Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation to spearhead initiatives for a global client base. This fully remote leadership role requires defining digital strategies and overseeing implementations to drive measurable change.

You will guide distributed teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure programs stay on scope, time, and budget while adopting agile practices and cloud/data solutions.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent degree required.
10+ years of management consulting experience in digital transformation, IT strategy or technology consulting.
Proven success leading large-scale digital change programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with client objectives.
Lead client engagements, managing scope, timelines and budgets.
Advise on emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics) and business applications.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to secure buy-in.
Mentor junior consultants and client teams involved in digital initiatives.
Monitor industry best practices to provide cutting-edge guidance.
