You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply Industry 4.0 technologies, and lead automation projects from conception to optimization in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering with automation and process control.
• Proven track record designing and implementing automated manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of robotics, PLCs, SCADA, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with simulation and modeling software.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation strategies for manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate and select automation technologies including robotics, PLCs, and integrated systems.
• Develop process controls, logic, and sequences for automated operations.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automated processes for performance and reliability.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects.
