You will leverage your deep technical expertise to provide remote pre-sales technical consultation, post-sales implementation support, and advanced troubleshooting for complex industrial applications. As a remote leader, you will guide clients through complex technical challenges, conduct virtual demonstrations, and collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure client success and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert remote technical guidance and support to clients throughout the entire lifecycle of industrial machinery, from initial inquiry to ongoing operation.

• Analyze client production needs and recommend optimal machinery configurations and integration strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues remotely, collaborating with engineering teams to develop effective solutions.
• Develop comprehensive application notes, case studies, and technical documentation for remote distribution.
• Train and mentor clients' technical teams on the effective operation, maintenance, and optimization of the machinery.
• Act as a key technical liaison between clients and internal engineering, sales, and product development teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive technologies, and advancements in industrial automation and machinery.
• Contribute to the refinement of product offerings based on field application feedback and client requirements.
• Manage multiple client projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful technical resolutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in field applications engineering, technical support, or a similar customer-facing engineering role within the industrial machinery sector.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial machinery, automation systems, control software, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles related to industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges remotely.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to mentor technical teams.
• Proficiency with CRM software and remote collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for critical on-site support if absolutely necessary, although the role is primarily remote.
