Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.


• A Master's degree is a plus.


• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process improvement and optimization in a manufacturing environment.


• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and other continuous improvement methodologies.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.


• Proficiency in simulation software, CAD, and data analysis tools.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
