Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical systems design and development, including lead/senior roles.
- Expertise in power electronics, embedded systems, control theory, and high-speed digital design.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and integration of complex electrical systems from concept to production.
- Define system architecture, components, and performance requirements for new products.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers.
- Oversee creation and validation of schematics, PCB layouts, and power distribution designs.
- Conduct system-level testing, performance analysis, and FMEA.
