Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team on a fully remote basis. You will lead design and development of complex electrical systems for nationwide projects from a home office, mentoring junior engineers and making high-level technical decisions.

You will oversee load flow, short‑circuit, and protection studies, ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements, and collaborate with project managers and teams across disciplines via

Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related advanced technical degree.
10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering with project leadership.
Expertise in power systems analysis, distribution design, and control systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of complex electrical systems and infrastructure.
Develop detailed electrical engineering designs, specifications, and technical documentation using industry-standard software.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers working remotely.
Conduct analyses including load flow, short-circuit, and protection studies for power systems.
Oversee project technical aspects, ensuring safety, codes, and client requirements are met.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other disciplines via advanced virtual tools.
