Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- PhD is a plus for exceeding scope.
- 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience with at least 3 in leadership.
- Deep expertise in electrical system design, power electronics and embedded systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee the lifecycle of electrical engineering projects from concept to testing and deployment.
- Define and maintain high standards for electrical design, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with product management and other engineering disciplines to define roadmaps and technical strategies.
- Review and approve electrical designs ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
