Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead Early Childhood Program Developer to spearhead the creation and implementation of innovative early learning programs. This is a fully remote leadership role empowering you to drive significant change in early childhood education from anywhere.

You will design curricula, oversee assessment tools, mentor a distributed team of educators and content creators, and ensure practices align with current research in child development.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading design and development of early childhood education programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, design, and development of new early childhood educational programs and initiatives.
• Oversee curriculum frameworks, learning materials, and assessment tools for diverse age groups.
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a remote team of program developers, educators, and content creators.
• Ensure all program content and methodologies align with current research in child development and educational psychology.
• Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify opportunities for program innovation and expansion.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for program development initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
• Establish quality assurance standards and monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Champion best practices in early childhood education and promote continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization at conferences and industry events, virtually or in-person as required.
