Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Remote Lead Early Years Educator & Program Manager to spearhead educational initiatives from a remote setting. You will lead curriculum development, guide a distributed team of educators, and ensure high-quality early learning experiences across programs.

The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, 6+ years in early childhood education with 3+ in leadership, and strong skills in curriculum design, program management, and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in early childhood education, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and program management.
• Experience leading a remote team and using technology for collaboration.

Responsibilities
