• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience in designing and developing early learning curricula.
• Deep knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early years education.
• Proven ability to create engaging, innovative, and effective learning experiences.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing developed curricula is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop age-appropriate curricula for early learning programs (preschool, kindergarten).
• Create detailed lesson plans, learning activities, and assessments aligned with developmental milestones.
• Research and incorporate best practices in early childhood education and pedagogy.
• Select and recommend appropriate educational materials, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure curricula promote literacy, numeracy, science, social skills, creativity, and physical activity.
• Collaborate with educators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to refine curriculum content.
• Develop guidelines and training materials for educators implementing the curriculum.
• Regularly review and update curricula based on feedback, research, and educational trends.
• Ensure inclusivity and differentiation are embedded within curriculum design.
• Manage curriculum development projects, adhering to timelines and quality standards.
