Placements24 seeks a highly creative Remote Early Childhood Program Designer to conceptualize and develop innovative programs for ages 0-6. This fully remote contractor role requires deep pedagogy knowledge, curriculum development expertise, and the ability to translate theory into practical content.

You will collaborate with a global team to design engaging curricula, materials, and assessments, while staying aligned with current child development research and inclusive education principles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in curriculum development for early childhood education.
• Proven track record of designing innovative educational programs.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive early childhood programs and curricula for ages 0-6.
• Create engaging materials, activities, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Align designs with current research and best practices in early childhood education.
• Collaborate with SMEs, educators, and multimedia developers.
• Research educational trends and incorporate innovative approaches.
• Develop guidelines and implementation strategies for educators and parents.
• Review and improve existing programs for effectiveness.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders.
