Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Development Coordinator to lead remote education initiatives. You will design and implement innovative online learning programs, support remote educators, and uphold high standards of childcare education across virtual platforms.

You will collaborate with a distributed team, use technology to create engaging learning experiences for young children, and report on program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 5+ years in early childhood education with 2+ years in leadership/coordination.
• Experience delivering online training and content.
• Proficient with virtual tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace).
• Strong understanding of child development theories and pedagogical approaches for young learners.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee curricula and learning strategies for remote setting.
• Provide virtual coaching and ongoing support to remote providers.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness via virtual observations and data analysis.
• Collaborate with technology teams to integrate digital learning tools.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding progress and engagement.
• Stay updated on research and best practices in ECD and distance learning.
