Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in early childhood education, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience developing online learning programs for young children.
• Strong leadership and remote communication skills.
• Budget management and resource allocation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for remote programs.
• Oversee creation and evaluation of online curricula and materials.
