Placements24 is seeking a Lead Early Childhood Educator to join a pioneering educational technology firm in a fully remote role. You will shape digital curriculum content and virtual learning experiences for young children from home, collaborating with curriculum designers and ed-tech specialists.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in child development, 5+ years in ECE with a leadership track, and proven skills in curriculum development, instructional design, and using LMS and video

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in early childhood education, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Proficiency with LMS and video conferencing tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate digital curriculum modules.
• Design interactive content including stories, games, and activities.
• Lead virtual learning sessions for ages 3–6.
• Provide guidance to parents on home learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional ed-tech teams.
• Monitor student progress and engagement.
• Stay updated on early childhood education trends.
• Mentor junior educators in the remote team.
• Ensure educational integrity and platform functionality.
