The role requires a BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering, Pr Eng registration, and 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale civil projects with strong remote collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA mandatory.
• Min 10 years progressive civil engineering experience, with project leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading remote engineering teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for planning, design and execution of large-scale nationwide civil projects.
• Mentor and manage remote project engineering teams.
• Develop project scope, technical specs, budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes and environmental requirements.
• Review and approve key designs, calculations and methods.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation for complex projects.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders virtually to ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement in design processes and project management.
• Act as primary technical contact for project stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
