Based in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, this senior position requires strategic thinking, extensive field experience, and the ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive civil engineering design, analysis, and project management.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of major civil projects including roads, bridges, water systems, and drainage infrastructure.
• Oversee and manage teams of engineers and technicians, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct advanced engineering analyses and modeling using specialized software.
• Review and approve designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with clients and regulators to define requirements and ensure compliance.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and methodologies.
