Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of chemical process engineering experience, 3+ in lead/supervisory roles.
• Experience managing large-scale process design projects.
• Expertise in process simulation, modeling, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of process safety management (PSM), HAZOP, and LOPA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of complex chemical processes from concept to commercialization.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of chemical engineers.
• Oversee process hazard analyses, risk assessments, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules for major initiatives.
• Act as a technical authority, advising on process challenges and improvements across projects.
• Collaborate with senior management to define strategic direction for process technology and capabilities.
