Placements24 seeks a Lead AI Ethics and Governance Specialist to join its AI & Emerging Technologies division in a fully remote capacity. You will shape policies, develop governance frameworks, and guide cross-functional teams to navigate ethical challenges in AI systems.

This senior role emphasizes trust, accountability, and responsible deployment across projects. The position requires an advanced degree in AI ethics-related fields and proven experience building responsible AI programs.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Law, Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science or related field with AI ethics focus.
Experience developing and implementing AI ethics or responsible AI programs.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, societal impacts, and ethical challenges.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI ethics policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks.
Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI projects and applications.
Advise product and engineering teams on ethical considerations throughout AI lifecycle.
Lead training programs on AI ethics and responsible innovation.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices in AI ethics and compliance.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and stakeholders to ensure responsible deployment.
