Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a forward-thinking AI Ethics and Governance Analyst to join their dedicated team, working remotely. You will develop and implement policies to ensure AI technologies are developed responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with regulations.

You will collaborate with legal, compliance, engineering, and product teams, conduct ethical risk assessments, monitor AI systems for fairness, and provide training on AI ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Policy, Ethics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, policy development, or a related compliance role.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning principles, and their societal implications.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and ethical frameworks for AI.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and ethical concepts into clear, actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical risk assessments for AI projects and systems.
