Government Frameworks is seeking a Laserfiche Records Management Consultant to help municipalities design compliant, scalable records governance using Laserfiche Cloud. You will translate legislative requirements into practical configurations and work with clients across time zones.

This fully remote role aligns with North American business hours; you’ll collaborate with a global team to implement retention schedules, metadata schemas, security models, and automation, delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Experience with municipal or public-sector records management.
• Knowledge of FOIP/MFIPPA frameworks.
• Ability to design classification schemes and retention schedules.
• Experience configuring Laserfiche Cloud and retention rules.
• Ability to work across time zones and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure records management solutions for compliance.
• Work with PM and Customer Success to capture governance needs.
• Develop classification schemes and retention rules.
• Configure Laserfiche Cloud repositories, metadata templates, security models.
• Migrate from legacy systems and validate retention.
• Provide ongoing client support and training materials.
• Document configurations and testing outcomes.
• Stay current with legislation and Laserfiche developments.
