Placements24 is seeking a Remote Management Consultant to support public sector initiatives from a home office. You will analyze governance, service delivery, and policy implementation to design strategic improvements.

You will lead stakeholder engagements, plan and monitor projects, and ensure compliance with public procurement standards while delivering measurable impact for education, health, and infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, public policy analysis, or public sector operations.
• Understanding of public sector challenges, governance structures, and reform processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage projects independently.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze public sector operations, policies, and service delivery mechanisms.
• Develop strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and citizen engagement.
• Assist in planning and implementation of public sector projects and reforms.
