Surtech is seeking an Implementation Consultant: Governance to lead the deployment of Diligent One Governance products in Johannesburg and remote environments. You will configure boards, entities, and data migration while training executives and administrators.

The role emphasizes strong governance knowledge, client relations, and a proactive, detail-focused mindset. The position reports to the Head of Services with a non-management level, requiring travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience as a Company Secretary or working with Board Management Solutions.
• Experience in the Corporate Governance field.

Responsabilités

• Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end product implementations with timelines and milestones.
• Diligent Boards/BoardEffect Configuration & Integration: set up modules and permissions per client governance.
• Diligent Entities Configuration & Integration: discover client structures and governance processes.
• Data Migration: assist clients with data prep and validate migrated data.
• Training & Enablement: conduct training sessions for executives, board members and admins.
• Stakeholder Management: act as primary liaison, align cross-functional teams and manage expectations.
• Relationship Building: build relationships with stakeholders including board members and executives.
• Issue Resolution/Support: be first point of contact for issues and coordinate with global support.
