Scale Army Careers is seeking a Data QA & Admin Associate to support the accuracy of a government RFP data pipeline. The role involves validating information from government sites, researching public documents, and managing public records requests.

You will work with engineering to resolve issues and maintain high data quality. The position is fully remote (work from home) with standard US ET hours, requiring strong attention to detail and structured workflow discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in QA, admin support, or related data tasks.
• Experience following multi-step procedures with accuracy and consistency.
• Experience researching documents, validating records, and maintaining ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Manually review government issuer websites to identify new RFP opportunities.
• Monitor website changes, updated URLs, and data sources for pipeline adjustments.
• Create detailed tickets for engineering on changes, gaps, and discrepancies.
• Validate that new RFPs are accurately reflected in the internal system.
• Document blockers and issues, and communicate with the team via Slack.
