Job summary

Our client is a leading international software development company seeking a remote Contracts Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle, draft and negotiate software licenses, service agreements and NDAs, and ensure compliance worldwide.

The role requires strong legal knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with global teams. You will manage risk, maintain a centralized contract repository, and advance best practices in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or related field.
• Legal background or paralegal qualification preferred.
• 7+ years experience in contract management, negotiation and drafting, preferably in tech.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate software licenses, services and SaaS contracts.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including execution, renewal and termination.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, laws and risk guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, finance and legal teams on terms.
• Maintain centralized contract repository with version control.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and advise stakeholders.
• Develop and implement best practices for contract management.
• Liaise with external counsel on complex matters when needed.
• Provide training to internal teams on contract-related matters.
