Job summary

Government Frameworks is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client implementations for municipalities globally. The role is fully remote with hours aligned to North American business times, requiring strong ownership, structure, and proactive risk management across time zones.

You will coordinate across product owners, consulting, development, training, and support teams, maintain budgets and scope, and ensure delivery excellence with clear visibility for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within software, technology, consulting, digital transformation, or professional services.
• Managing multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, allocated hours, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.
• Working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Preparing project plans, status reports, risk registers, actions, and project documentation.
• Identifying and managing scope variations and change.
• Supporting organisational change and user adoption.
• Experience with municipal, government, or public-sector organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client implementation projects from handover through to completion.
• Coordinate across Product Owners, consulting, development, training, support, account management, and other delivery teams.
• Establish clear objectives, plans, milestones, responsibilities, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, hours, scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and project health.
• Maintain proactive client communication and trusted relationships.
• Provide timely project reporting to stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to improving methodologies.
