Placements24 is seeking an experienced Digital Learning Specialist to design, develop and deploy engaging online learning experiences for a global audience. The role is fully remote, with emphasis on interactive content and LMS deployment.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible modules, leveraging modern authoring tools and UX best practices to optimize learner engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital learning development and instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content deployment and tracking.
• Strong understanding of multimedia development, UX principles for online learning, and project management skills for a remote environment.
