Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to serve Port Elizabeth and the Eastern Cape's industrial sector in a fully remote role. You will manage a portfolio of valuable industrial customers, develop strategic account plans, and drive revenue growth from your home office.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in KAM or senior sales, strong relationship-building, proven revenue growth, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Key Account Management or senior sales in industrial sectors.
Proven ability to grow account revenue and maintain client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-disciplined and organized with ability to work remotely.
Experience with CRM platforms and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key industrial accounts in Port Elizabeth and the Eastern Cape.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, understanding needs and challenges.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling product ranges.
Conduct regular virtual meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide proactive solutions.
Achieve and exceed account revenue and growth targets.
