Responsibilities include building talent pools, managing full lifecycle, and delivering high-quality shortlists within tight timelines. Strong CRM/ATS experience preferred and collaboration with client teams is essential.

Qualifications

• UK recruitment experience in IT contractor roles.
• Proven ability to source, pool, and deliver contractor candidates.
• Experience delivering resourcing across international markets and adapting to regional needs.
• Strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems such as Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced process-driven environment.
• Understanding of contingent recruitment or advisory-led services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build talent pools within IT transformation.
• Engage and manage candidates through full lifecycle: CV submission, interview, offer, onboarding.
• Provide high-quality shortlists within 48 hours of brief receipt.
• Support client delivery with shortlists, insights, and market intelligence.
• Map market insights and anticipate hiring needs across regions.
