Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for both local South African and international markets.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for diverse IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract IT talent locally and globally.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Promote employer branding through events, job fairs, and networking.
