Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist , Helpdesk Technician, or similar role, with a strong emphasis on remote support.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.
• Proficiency with remote desktop support tools, ticketing systems, and network troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear explanation of technical concepts.
• Must be comfortable and effective working in a fully remote setup.
