Job summary

Hire Hangar is seeking a Senior MSP Technical Support Specialist to own and resolve tickets across a modern IT stack. You will handle Microsoft 365/Azure, endpoint security, networking, and backup/DR for multiple client tenants in a ticket-driven MSP environment.

The role sits above L1/L2 support; you will be the escalation point and mentor junior staff, with availability during US Central business hours and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• MSP experience is required.
• Hands-on admin of Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra.
• Experience with RMM/PSA platforms like Syncro, ConnectWise, Autotask.
• Hands-on experience with EDR/MDR endpoint security tools.
• Solid networking with Meraki, Unifi, or similar.
• Ability to own a ticket queue independently; minimal escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own and triage ticket queue; diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra; manage multi-tenant access.
• Manage endpoint security tools (EDR/MDR).
• Monitor and secure email with security tools; support transitions.
• Oversee backup and DR operations with Datto/DropSuite.
• Configure and maintain networking (Meraki/Unifi/Aruba/CheckPoint).
• Document systems and processes thoroughly in Hudu.
• Mentor junior support staff and provide escalation as needed.
