Qualifications

• Experience in an IT support or help desk role with remote assistance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems and applications.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
