Placements24 is seeking a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, with a hybrid work model combining office collaboration and remote autonomy. The role centers on sourcing and placing senior Cloud and DevOps professionals across KwaZulu-Natal and beyond.

You will source candidates with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform and Ansible, conduct rigorous screenings, and manage client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of IT recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to recruit for Cloud and DevOps roles such as Cloud Engineers, SREs, DevOps Engineers, Solutions Architects, CI/CD Specialists.
• Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP and DevOps tools and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid work structure experience and ATS proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for cloud and DevOps positions.
• Proactively source candidates with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
• Conduct detailed technical screening and behavioural interviews.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients in the technology sector.
• Identify passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Present qualified candidates and provide feedback and market insights.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding.
• Stay updated with cloud and DevOps trends.
