Placements24 is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on delivering high-impact projects by guiding cross-functional teams, coordinating timelines and budgets, and ensuring governance and security compliance.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT project management, a proven track record with large-scale projects, and strong knowledge of SDLC, infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in IT project management, with significant lead experience.
• Proven success in managing large-scale, complex technology projects, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, infrastructure management and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of high-impact IT projects remotely.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage and mentor remote project teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication through digital channels.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate project progress, milestones, and stakeholder expectations clearly and consistently.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, quality standards, and security protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
