Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale IT initiatives from a fully remote position. You will guide complex projects across the SDLC, infrastructure upgrades, and software development lifecycles while coordinating with globally distributed teams.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic planning, and remote stakeholder engagement to ensure delivery on time and within budget. A master’s degree and PMP/PRINCE2 are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT project management experience, including senior/lead roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, SDLC, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and remote stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of major IT projects across the organization.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with IT leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resources, and risk strategies.
• Direct and mentor geographically dispersed project teams, ensuring effective communication.
• Oversee IT solution implementations aligning with best practices in software, infra, and security.
• Provide regular status reports and executive summaries to senior management.
