Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a fully remote role, driving strategic initiatives from concept to delivery and coordinating cross‑functional, virtual teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of project management experience, strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, PMP is desirable, and outstanding leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders and budgets effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of professional experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects remotely.
• Strong understanding of various project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, effective in a virtual setting.
• Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools for remote teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
