Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge IT solutions from initiation to deployment across the organization, including Klerksdorp. You will collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure solutions are on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT project management, a strong SDLC understanding, and experience with cloud, cybersecurity, or data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, with software development and system implementations.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred.
• Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or data analytics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to work with distributed teams remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Foster collaboration between technical teams, business units, and vendors.
• Implement and champion Agile and other PM methodologies.
• Ensure IT solutions meet business requirements and user needs.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
