Cherry Assistant LLC is hiring an Interview Confirmation Specialist for a major US-based client. This full-time remote position supports high-volume interview coordination with a focus on candidate experience and accurate scheduling.

The role requires 2+ years of high-volume outreach experience, excellent English, and strong phone etiquette. Candidates must be based in South Africa and comfortable working US time zones for daily 8am–5pm EST-like hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in high-volume sales, telemarketing, or recruiting (bulk/high pace).
• 1+ years experience working from home.
• Fluent English with business level experience.
• Must be a resident of and located in South Africa.
• Positive, upbeat personality with excellent phone etiquette.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls (200-300) daily using an autodialer to job applicants.
• Clearly and professionally confirm interview dates, times, and other necessary details.
• Encourage applicants to attend scheduled interviews.
• Answer basic questions about the interview process.
• Update applicant status and record call outcomes in the client’s tracking system.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for confirmed appointments.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor on every call.
